It was a reluctant departure for former "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" star Melissa Joan Hart and partner Mark Ballas as they were cast off "Dancing with the Stars" on Tuesday night. The actress told ET of her departure, , “I don’t want to retire my dancing shoes. ... It really was a dream come true.” The judges made the call as to the second couple to send home in Tuesday night's double elimination. After a dance-off between former NFL football player Michael Irvin and partner Anna Demidova and pro snowboarder Louie Vito and partner Chelsie Hightower, the judges decided to send Louie back to the snow.
