The Washington County Adult Learning Center is taking aim at the future by changing its name and its image. This September WCALC becomes the Education Exchange. “This is truly a special time for our organization and our clients,” explains Tom Brillat, Executive Director. “With a new name, new logo, new energy and an aggressive marketing campaign we expect to be much more visible and accessible to potential clients.”
