con tanto di montaggio della mia gara a Piazza Armerina: Bench Press Bench Endurance Deadlift Sono andato male.. sicuramente meno di quanto facevo in allenamento Pazienza... mi rifarò la prossima volta (almeno spero) Per me è stato un specie di esordio... non gareggiavo da più di 7 anni! Sin da adesso inizia la mia preparazione per i Campionati Italiani IPF di fine Aprile!
