Welcome to the Winter AMV Contest, the rules are shown in below, Rule No 1: To join in the Contest, you must post your video as video response, 1-3 videos per person and it must be made in November 2009 or after (so don???t PANIC). Rule No 2: Do not add many flash effects (transition) , otherwise they'll get you NO WHERE AT ALL! Rule No 3: The video length must be at least 1 minute, furthermore you should tell what program you're using so it can be fairly judged.
