Then, Brown stepped onto the stage. Brown: Hey, kids? How are you all doin? *everyone happily replies good* Great. Well, some of you may think I am a bit grim *he looks at Tess, Mitchie, and Caitlyn* and I am here to tell you why. This may be the last year of Camp Rock. *everyone is dead silent, and then the protests start* GUYS, GUYS! LISTEN! *everyone hushes* It isn't my choice. There is a rival camp. It is called Camp Pop. It is a total rip-off of us. Many of you may have noticed we don't have as many campers this year as the last. *everyone finally realizes the thin crowd and looks concerned* Shane: Is there anyway we can keep the camp open?! Brown: There is one way. Camp Pop told us that we can have a Battle of the Camps at the end, instead of Final Jam. If we win, they close down. If we lose, we close down. Mitchie: *breathes deeply and steps onto the stage* Brown? I think I am speaking for the whole camp when I say that we will do whatever it takes to keep this camp open. Shane: *gets onto the stage* We will fight that Camp Pop. Tess: *steps up, too* AND WE WILL WIN! That wretched Camp is not going to waste this summer. Ella: *steps up, too* We are going to beat them.
