The "farmer" stirling balsa test bed is finished. Peak rpm 535 Top to bottom.... Old cpu alloy fanwheel ala Halo prop. Dual copper flywheels at 86 btdc Balsa beam supported brass and forged 2mm axle. Silicone sealed water basin with alloy covering stainless scrubby wool and 1cm of water. 1cm balsa/kevlar displacer with 1mm brass rod. 3cm stainless cup bottom with alloy cap w'rod guide and 3/8" power piston port. Fire chimney is left over from cutting shallow displacer cup. 9cm high fits base of displacer chamber. The connecting rods are .35 lexan w/CF hard fibre backing. Graphite piston of 8-9mm. Works on....tea candle(s), sterno, alcohol, propane lpg, butane. Total cost w/development LOL! 9hrs
