Projet photographique dans 6 villes de la Méditerranée (Marseille, Gênes, Valence, Beyrouth, Tripoli et Alger). À l'évidence, ces paysages urbains en résistance se caractérisent, moins par leur condition commune de villes du littoral, que par leur identité méditerranéenne contemporaine. Afin de mieux saisir cette essence, il s’agissait alors de regarder vers l'intérieur, vers là où se dirigent les hommes et les marchandises qui y débarquent et de photographier « tout sauf la mer ». ...
