USA/POLITICS: Hillary Clinton looks set to lo...
Duration: 1:22Source: ITN Source
Hillary Clinton's dream of going from America's First lady to its First woman president looks as though it may never come true. Mathematically she could still catch Barack Obama, but that's looking increasingly unlikely. Her win in Indiana was narrow. She needed more than just a two percent margin to stay in contention. In North Carolina, she was well beaten. That leaves her with 1,729 delegates compared to Senator Obama's 1,876. Neither can now reach the target for nomination without the votes of some of the 796 superdelegates. More of them have now declared for Senator Obama.
