Ileena is Eternian for Li-Lo. Ileena gets addicted to a blue potion, gives a Transmutator to the bad guys, and goes on a joyride that nearly kills Prince Adam. But then again, we all know Prince Adam has pillowy He-Man biceps to protect him.
