This is the short leg of the +15 system, a test for the video for the song "placita". This temp soundtrack is backing tracks for a version of a song I wrote, "julie is a TV set", from the 80's . This video is for Kerry W. who won't come to the core. At about 1 minute you can see the camera in the elevator reflection...there is a break in the video at 1:20 when security made me stop shooting, but after I talked to them I was allowed to continue. The +15 system allows Calgarians to travel throughout the downtown Core without ever having to step outside into rain, snow, or sunshine. A note about the compression. Since this video is sped up and not timelapsed, each frame is very different, so YouTube's compression is very blocky. This will hopefully be solved for the final video. (New note: not solved - tried repeating frames and blurring but no change was noticable)
