Karen Ward, an economist at HSBC Bank, talks with Bloomberg's Elliott Gotkine in London about the outlook for today's interest-rate decision by the Bank of England and the risks to growth and inflation. The nine-member Monetary Policy Committee, led by Governor Mervyn King, will leave the bank rate at 5 percent, according to all but five of the 61 economists in a Bloomberg News survey.
