(In my book, this man is arguable the Mandela Congo couldn't produce.) The moderator was Michael O'Hanlon. The panel included: former U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs (1997-2001)Dr.Susan E.Rice; Anthony Gambino, former USAID Mission Director for the DRC; and William G. O'Neill, a lawyer specializing in human rights and a UN consultant. The Congolese audience was crowded by Negationists of all stripes-with the notable exception of Mr.Serge Tshamala, a counselor at the Embassy of the DRC in Washington,DC. (This is first of series)
