Leonard Boyle, Federal Bureau of Investigation-Terrorism Screening Center, Director talks about the U.S. Terrorist Watch List. Mr. Boyle discusses why he thinks the watch list is necessary in the fight against terrorism, who gets on the list, and how one gets off. He also refutes the ACLU’s claim that the terrorist watch list has reached one million names. He wrote about the topic last week in an op-ed in The Washington Post.
