This AMV follows the basic storyline of Thomas Hardy's novel "Tess of the d'Urbervilles." You may or may not be able to follow my logic if you have not read the book - but I'd like to note that I turned this into my English teacher for a grade and received an A+. XD The video focuses on the developing of, culmination of, destruction of, re-kindling of, and tragic end of Tess' relationship with Angel Clare. The most imporant plot-details to note are that: Alec (Kyouya) rapes Tess (Haruhi) and thus she has a baby, who eventually dies. Tess hides this from Angel until after they are married, however, Angel (Tamaki) is not able to accept these parts of Tess' past and leaves the country. Eventually he comes back for her, but by that time she had already returned to Alec. Tess then decides to kill Alec, does so, and she and Angel run away together. Unfortunately, they are soon caught and Tess is executed for the murder of Alec d'Urberville.
