Gabriel Gondard, deputy chief investment officer at Fortune SGAM Fund Management Co., which oversees about $12 billion, talks with Bloomberg's Bernard Lo from Shanghai about the yuan's appreciation, China's overhaul of its telecommunications industry, and outlook for the nation's stocks. The yuan climbed to the highest since a dollar link was abolished in 2005 on speculation that China will quicken gains to damp inflation.
