It is one of many federal banking regulatory agencies. I have been sick ever since, with sproadic illness. I was injected again in 2004 after I was in forced exile while my mother was dieing in Alabama. I was injected at the LA federal facility in Westwood just like the men at the link above. I might have been used in an experiment or an unknown medical procedure. I was stationed in Long Beach / Los Angeles in the 1980's. My crime was to be in fear for my life. I was almost killed and the federal government ignored it. I was an honest bank examiner, terminated for not dropping an EEOC complaint which was refused to be heard by the EEOC.
