Col. Timothy Reese, U.S. Army, Combat Studies Institute Director talks about the study he co-authored, "On Point II: Transition to the New Campaign." The study was released last week and it found that U.S. based commanders prmaturely believed their goals in Iraq had been reached and did not send enough troops to handle the occupation.
