Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), Ways & Means Committee, Chairman goes over tax policy and the economy. On Wednesday, May 21, the House debated a $55.5 billion tax and energy bill (HR 6049) introduced by Rep. Rangel. It passed 263-150. The bill includes extensions to expire and expiring tax credits that would help low-income families and homeowners.
