Well, after being bored, my housemate wanted to make some ice cream.... and so here it is.... Making ice cream using liquid nitrogen. Recipe: *whipping/double cream *flavouring of your choice (mixed fruits, or coffee and whiskey etc etc) *bit of icing sugar *liquid nitrogen Method: *whip cream until thick *mix in flavourings and sugar *pour over the liquid nitrogen and stir.
