By Alden Downing HELENA - The ticket at the checkout counter seems to be getting higher for the majority of shoppers. Those high prices have taken their toll on the state's Women, Infants and Children program, or WIC. The program is lacking the funds to support the same level of aid to as many clients as past years. Now the program is forced to make reductions in the amount of milk clients receive, as well as making more selective choices when creating individual food packages.
