Fireworks on the Fourth of July
Plaintiff is suing for damage to a lawn chair and loss of wages as a photographer because defendant ran over chair when he tried to park on the Fourth of July. Plaintiff is suing for cost of removing a yucca tree that began to grow through the east wall of her son's closet because defendant didn't disclose that information before she bought his house.
