Kevin and joe turn]Joe: hey! Keep it down, Frankie and the 'rents are asleep right now.Nick: sorry, I'm just-I just need to think.Joe: Yea, I can imagine, [he says under his breath, and he looks back at the tv, while nick sits down on the arm rest of a chair, and puts his head in his hands.]Kevin: OK, what did I miss?Joe: nick kissed Miley.[he says casually]Kevin: What?!?Joe: oh, and it was right in front of Nicole.Nick: ok, Joe, I think he gets it.Kevin: Nick, what happened?Nick: well, pretty much what Joe just said.Joe: I can't believe you.Nick: me?Joe: yea, I mean, you just go off and kiss Miley, when you know Nicole clearly has feelings for you, and I know that you have feelings for her too.Nick: yea, well I have feelings for Miley to, now.Joe: what?[he says turning fully towards Nick, and he sits up]Nick: yea, I don't know what happened, but after she told me how she felt about me, and after that kiss, I just, I'm not so sure anymore.Joe: well, have u ever kissed Nicole?Nick:[thinks for a moment] actually, no, we never did get to kiss...And after tonight, I'm not sure if we ever will.Kevin: Well, it's not like u told her you like miley or something.Nick:[looks down]Joe: oh my god, nick, you're kidding me.Nick: it just came out! It's not like I wanted this to happen!!Kevin: well, you had better get ur feelings straightened out soon, becuz if u still like nicole, then u pretty much ruined everything.Joe: but if u like miley, then I guess ur just gonna have to tell nicole, but nick, ur gonna have to be careful...Nick: I know, I know, if I did tell nicole I'd rather be with miley, I'd let her down gently, I would just say-Joe: no, not about that, I ment, u have to be careful about who ur gonna decide to go with.Nick: what?Joe: u know, nicole knows our secret, u make her to upset, and she could end up like stacy. Trying to tell everyone...Nick: oh, man, I forgot about that. Well, then again, I guess that's not really my problem right now, im more focused on which one of them I really like, either way, someone's gonna get let down, and I don't know how im gonna do that...Kevin: well, u just think about it, u should get some rest anyway, maybe you'll be better in the morning,Joe: yea, in fact, I think im gonna go get some rest to.[he says, getting up off of the couch and going upstairs, nick follows him, and kevin goes right up after them. And they all go to sleep. The next morning, nick wakes up, and is instantly reminded of the incident last night. He looks over to the clock,]nick: hmmm, 7:09?[he gets up out of bed, and goes downstairs, his mom is making pancakes, and his dad is sitting down at the table drinking coffee, and reading the newspaper, joe and Frankie are playing video games on the couch, and kevin is watching]Denise: good morning.Nick: hey mom, good morning,Denise: did u sleep good?Nick: yea, [he says, flopping down on the couch next to kevin, and watches joe and frankie play the game]Kevin: hey nick, so, u feeling alright?Nick: better.[he says, sighing, for the rest of the morning he lazily gets ready for the day, then, he just sits around watching t.v. joe comes downstairs]joe: hey, is that all your gonna do?Nick: well, it seems like the best choice to me.Joe: come on nick, you've gotta face the music. You do it now, and get it over with everything will be better. [kevin joins them]kevin: yea nick, I hate seeing you act so down, just get it over with, things will be fine.Nick: [sighs] I know, and I hate it when ur right.[he gets up]nick: so, who should I call first, nicole or miley?OMJ!!
