Bo tells Kayla to go home and get some rest, but she refuses. He just had a very close call and she's not going anywhere until Daniel or Lexie come back. Bo and Kayla express their brother-sister affection for one another. Bo is so grateful she's here watching over him. Ava has followed Hope to her car. Hope puts the keys in the door and is suddenly approached from behind and chloroformed. Hope's out cold. Ava drags Hope into the backseat, grabs the keys and peels out. After they arrive at their destination, one of Ava's guards carries an unconscious Hope into Ava's room. Hope comes to as Ava says hello and calls her Kayla. Hope tries to process what's going on. Ava tells her cousin this is the woman who stole her precious Patch. The cousin hates Patch and blames him for what happened to Ava. Hope remembers talking to Ava after Grandpa Shawn's funeral. Hope questions, "So you think I'm Kayla?" Ava tells her she knows she's Kayla. Ava has pictures of her and Patch together. She knows she's Patch's wife. The guard pulls Ava aside and tells her she brought this woman here against her will - that's kidnapping. Ava gets dramatic and says she needs to talk to this woman, needs to find closure about Patch or she might hurt herself again. Kate is with Chelsea, in the hospital. Daniel comes in and Kate inquires as to when Chelsea can go home. Daniel has to find time to examine her. Chelsea wants to see her dad. Kate leaves to make arrangements. Nick enters for a visit, but Chelsea is tired. Nick senses something is wrong and inquires, but Chelsea's vague. They share a warm moment as Nick tells Chelsea how worried he was about her. He can't imagine his life without her. They share a sweet kiss, and Nick leaves to let her rest. Daniel enters to examine Chelsea. Daniel tells Chelsea she's a real hero and she warms to his kind words.
