The City of Fort Lauderdale and Dive Team hosted the AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix at the Aquatic Complex May 10-13, 2007. The event featured many of the world's best divers for four days of top level international competition. The AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix is the sole U.S. leg on the seven-country FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation) Grand Prix tour. See the 2007 AT&T USA Diving Grand Prix poster . Approximately 20 countries and more than 100 divers competed. Among the divers were 17 who won medals at the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, Australia, in March.
