If you're tired of paying big bucks for bottled water, try some St. Louis tap. The U.S. Conference of Mayors announced today that St. Louis water is the best tasting water in America. It beat out 93 other cities. Each city submitted sixteen gallons to be judged on taste, clarity, and aroma. The city will be awarded 15-thousand dollars for taking the top prize.
