One of the top students from Plentywood, Montana has some big plans for after high school. They take her west...and east...and hopefully back to a small town like the one she grew up in. I'm talking about Kara Kleppen the subject of today's 'Student Spotlight'... (Kara Kleppen - Plentywood High School) I have gone to school in Plentywood ever since I started kindergarten. I have enjoyed that it is K-12 so you get to look up to the older kids and I have been able to go to school with my older brothers. I do Basketball, Volleyball, Golf and I do FFA, 4H and pep club too. I plan to go to the University of Idaho and study chemical engineering with maybe some bio in it too. I plan to go to the UND School of Medicine for graduate school because my goal is to be a family practice physician. Kara is one of eleven honor students from Plentywood this year. We say congratulations and good luck to them and all the graduates from Plentywood in 2008.
