Meyer of Lehman Sees Home Prices Falling Through 2009

Michelle Meyer, an economist with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., talks with Bloomberg's Monica Bertran from New York about the decline in pending sales of U.S. existing homes in March, the outlook for the housing market through 2009 and crude oil prices. The index of pending home resales fell 1 percent to 83, following a 2.8 percent drop in February that was larger than previously reported, the National Association of Realtors said today in Washington.
