Pop culture sensations, the Care Bears , will celebrate their 25th Anniversary on September 25 by introducing the exquisite new 25th Anniversary Care Bear with a birthday celebration at Toys R Us Times Square and by giving hugs to New Yorkers around the streets of Manhattan. The Care Bears will spread happiness through the city, making appearances at Grand Central Station, Union Square Park, Columbus Circle, the Central Park Zoo and more The Care Bears will also be announcing the names of the Care-A-Lot Kids five kids from across the country who are being recognized as examples of the Care Bears message of caring and sharing. These kids have taken action to make positive changes in their communities, and in recognition of their efforts, the bears will honor each of them with a donation to their respective charities.
