Romania apartment prices increase
Real estate experts think the number of new flats will increase in 2008. Other 10.000 flats will be built next year. Estate analysts say real estate market will develop more among the medium income segment of the population and the prices of old flats will increase by 5 to 10% while the price of new flats will increase by 25%. According to the on line ads, in Bucharest, the prices of studio flats vary between EUR 60.000 and EUR 115.00, the prices of two-room flats vary between EUR 75.000 and EUR 175.000 while the prices of three- room flats vary between EUR 97.000 and EUR 260.000. A four- room flat in Bucharest costs between EUR 100.000 and EUR 365.000. According to estimations, the price of a square meter in a flat designed for people with medium incomes varies between EUR 900 and EUR 1.700, depending on surrounding area and facilities. -
