Neil Mackinnon, chief economist at ECU Group Plc and a former U.K. Treasury official, talks about U.K. and Chinese inflation data and the risks of a recession in Britain. U.K. producer prices in April climbed 7.5 percent from a year ago, the fastest annual pace since at least 1986. On the month, prices increased 1.4 percent, the fastest pace on record. Mackinnon speaks with Bloomberg's Naga Munchetty in London.
