"Football is Everything" - At Nike football never sleeps. There is no fourth quarter. No two-minute warning. And in the life of the high school student athlete, particularly each fall when the air turns crisp and stadium lights dot the horizon on Friday nights, football is everything. In the new spot, a follow up to a day-in-the-life of a fictional Briscoe High football player going through preseason two-a-days, the season is kicking off and our student-athlete is grinding through a day of classes leading up to a Friday night game under the lights. His all-star classmates and teammates include professional football greats Michael Vick (Atlanta), LaDainian Tomlinson (San Diego), Brian Urlacher (Chicago), Troy Polamalu (Pittsburgh), and Matt Leinart (Arizona). Television analyst Jimmy Johnson makes his debut as a teacher at Briscoe High while legend Don Shula, current collegiate coach Urban Meyer, and former player and pioneering African-American professional quarterback Marlin Briscoe return as coaches of the Briscoe football team. Former professional greats Deion Sanders and Steve Young return in cameo roles as do football on-air talents Jill Arrington and Jillian Barberie.
