The daughter of Summer Shipp spoke out for the first time since police identified her mother's body. When fishermen found Shipp's remains earlier this month, it brought one part of Brandy Shipp's quest to an end, but she said she is still on a mission to find out who killed her mother. "I think it's a matter of time. Yeah, I think definitely a matter of time. Someone will be brought to justice for the murder of my mother," Brandy Shipp told KMBC's Martin Augustine. Summer Shipp had been missing since December 2004 when she was doing door-to-door surveys in Independence. Fishermen found her human skull and remains on Oct. 6 in the Little Blue River near Highways 78 and 7. Some clothing was also found wrapped in fishing line.
