The Fire Nation almost capture the group as they venture to the North Pole. Assistance comes in the form of a rebel band whom the group learns is fighting against Fire Nation expansion. Although Aang and Katara enjoy their time with the rebels and their charismatic leader, Sokka sees that they aren't as noble as the others think.
