American Idol Season 7 has witnessed some great singing talent in the show's history. And as a misic lover, its fabulous place to be in. Till the Top 3 last week, David Cook had been my favourite. Though the ability and potential of others was also commendable, but I was strongly feeling them to be week to dethrone him from being the favourite to win this Season. But The Final between the 2 Davids - David Cook and David Archuleta changed the whole game. While the former was good as usual, it was Archuleta who amazed me with his range in all the three songs he performed. Phenominal by huge margin. Round 2 required the contestants to perform a song each from the Top 10 songs voted by Idol viewers in the Song Writing Competition. David Archuleta chose 'In This Moment'. And he made sure that everybody fell in love with his choice. The Lyrics, I personaly felt, went with the Evening. And strange it may sound to many, it was the only song that I gave 10/10 while voting for the songs in the competition. The performance was Brilliant and of a great Recording Artist potential's. Without being a Hypocrite (against Cook's Always Be My Baby), Archuleta deserves to win Season 7 of American Idol. And in all rightness, he will!
