Saudi Arabia Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi talks with Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua in Madrid about Saudi oil production and oil prices. Al-Naimi said today that Saudi Arabia, the world's largest oil exporter, is not willing to sell crude oil at a discount to the normal market price for its crude grades.
