Minister on Albanian blackouts
The frequent power blackouts haven’t affected negatively our economy. The statement comes from Minister of Economy and Electro-power Genc Ruli, who added that foreign investments in Albania have grown considerably. So far foreign investments are thought to be close to 470 million Euros, and are expected to reach the 500 mark by the end of this year. According to Ruli last year the numbers for these investments was in the mere 260 million euros.
