Sources are telling ET new details about today's closed door hearing regarding custody of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' two young daughters. Denise told our cameras today that she was happy with the outcome, but sources tell us that she did not have a great day in court today -- in fact, the sources say that today was her second defeat in four days, and that for the most part the current agreement with Charlie over custody of the kids remains in place. In a statement just released to ET, Charlie's lawyer, Fern Wender, said, "Charlie was very happy with the court commissioner only granting the innocuous portions of what Denise was asking for, and denying everything else," and a spokesman for Charlie added, "Charlie only wants what is best for his young children. It is unfortunate that Richards and her attorney are trying to create a media circus to help her promote her reality television series."
