TWC OCM Mike Seidel tells us about the "Super Outbreak" of tornadoes of April 3rd and 4th, 1974. He tells specifically about the Brandenburg, Kentucky twister that was rated as an F5 and the F5 that struck Xenia, Ohio. There's another F5 tornado that occurred in this outbreak that is noteworthy that he leaves out - the Guin, Alabama F5 tornado that killed 23 people.
