http://customerforum.o2.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=268&highlight= The Carphone Warehouse has been misleading customers over it's own insurance to get them to take out the more expensive deal rather than less expensive options from other vendors. What is not covered in the news piece is that the Carphone Warehouse also changed their returns policy for the iPhone 3 days after launch. Their new policy now means that if you have activated your iPhone you are stuck with it. In activating it you effectively waive your 14 day cooling off period.
