Benjamin Fulford, Japan-based Canadian journalist and one of the most prominent conspiracy theorists, gave a seminar in Shibuya, downtown Tokyo on Nov. 3. In this video Fulford is talking about Heizo Takenaka, Japan's former finance minister and a disciple of Henry Kissinger who, in turn, is a loyal henchman of David Rockefeller.
