"Take My Breath Away" is the third single by American pop music singer Jessica Simpson, released from the album In This Skin in 2004. It is a cover of the classic hit by Berlin, written by Giorgio Moroder and Tom Whitlock, with Simpson's version produced by billymann. Simpson chose to cover this song because she felt that it was the theme song of her relationship with her then husband, Nick Lachey. Simpson's version was also included on the compilation album Now That's What I Call Music! 16 (from the U.S. Now! series). This pop video shows Jessica's driving through a southwestern desert.
