Legally Blonde meets Dumb and Dumber in new Pamela Anderson feature, as two ditzy blondes get mistaken for international assassins in film co-written by Anderson's brother Gerry. Pamela Anderson jetted into Cannes on Friday (May 18) to promote her new film 'Blonde and Blonder'. The comedy, which also stars former Bond girl Denise Richards, charts the adventures of two dim-witted blondes who get mistaken for assassins. "We have to make fun of ourselves, if anyone can do it, a dumb blonde joke I think it's me. You make fun of yourself before other people can, right?" joked Anderson. Mistaken by mobsters as real assassins they are paid to 'take out' another mafia boss. Mistaking the hit as a date they find themselves chased by the police and real assassin 'The Cat' played by Emmanuelle Vaugier. "I decide that I need to kill Pam and Denise because I believe that they are poaching on some of my jobs, and that the are trying to step in on my territory, so I set out on a path to destroy them," explained Vaugier. Although she has a movie to promote, Anderson won't be seen on the red carpet as she heads straight back to the U.S. "I flew in last night and as soon as we are done here I have to get back to my kids, they're causing all sorts of trouble at school. I gotta sort them out -- so I won't be spending time around. In and out fast," she explained. The movie premieres on Friday (May 18).
