South Korea's KOSPI index inched down almost 1 point at 1,992, after rising to an all-time high of 2,005 points Australia's S&P/ASX 200 closed at record highs, 6422, up near 32 points Singapore also powered to a new all-time high, The Straits Times Index rose 29 points to 3,665 And Hong Kong closed at record high, too. The Hang Seng Index up 107 points at 23,472. Taiwan closed at fresh 7-year highs, The Taiex jumped 1.3%, 122 points to 9,744 China's Shanghai Composite Index down 3 points, at 4,210 points
