Paul Donovan, deputy head of global economics at UBS AG, talks with Bloomberg's Naga Munchetty in London about U.K. April inflation figures and his outlook for the Bank of England's inflation report tomorrow. Britain's inflation rate jumped the most since 2002 to the highest in more than a year, making it harder for the Bank of England to cut interest rates to support economic growth as house prices drop.
