Let's get this straight. John McCain has said he knows very little about the ECONOMY (American's biggest concern). Quote: "I still need to be educated". (Wall Street Journal, November 26, 2005) http://www.opinionjournal.com/editori... So, John McCain turned to Dr. Phil Gramm for his economy education. His teachings? Millionaire Phil Gramm's economy teachings for Millionaire McCain: America has become "A Nation of Whiners". Furthermore, we are not in a recession. We are in a "Mental Recession". In other words, it's all in our minds, like a Depression. It's in our imaginations, this recession isn't real... Hmmm. Dr. Phil is out of touch with reality, but as a Millionaire, 4 and 5 bucks for a gallon of gas is hardly a concern at all. Not so for the rest of us "Whiners". We be hurting, feeling the Pain at the Pump, watching factories closing, and homes foreclosing week after week... Mental Recession? Nation of Whiners? Keep It Real Dr. Phil. OK?. OK. OK! So next, Millionaire McCain, the Straight-Talker, threw his economy guru under the bus. (Where he rightfully belongs) Said McCain: "Phil Gramm does not speak for me". That said, Dr. Phil Gram remains John McCain's Campaign Co-Chairman... Hmm. That's weird, isn't it? Strange. Fantastic even. It would seem that what we are getting from McCain is Double-Talk, not the McCain Maverick "Straight Talk" he is famed for... Because if so, Dr. Phil Gramm should be on an island somewhere basking in the sunshine of his dismissal / firing. But McCain has a soft spot in his heart (God Bless his soul) for his ex economy guru Phil Gramm evidently. Anyway, Gramm, the economy teacher, who we now know knew even less about the economy than the "student" McCain did, who at least admitted to needing an education (even after a quarter century in Congress)... The economy is complicated stuff. Can We the People afford to Trust John McCain with the economical future of the USA? Judging by this fiasco, the answer must and can only be a resounding "NO!" A vote of No Confidence is awarded to John McCain by We The People... Does McCain know what he's doing? Remember, first he voted Against the Bush Tax Cuts. "Too generous for the wealthy", is how McCain judged the Bush Tax Cuts. And now a Flip-Flop since McCain has been running for POTUS: "I'm gonna make those Bush Tax Cuts Permanent!" is how John McCain judges the Bush Tax Cuts today. John McCain is a "Bridge To NoWhere" and We the People are going NoWhere Pretty Damn Fast on the Double Talk Express! Vote for Barack Obama. Or Ron Paul. Or Ralph Nader. But don't waste a good vote on McBush... Remember, when casting your vote, We The Imperfect People of the USA are WHINERS and Delusional, out of touch with reality, suffering from a "Mental Recession"...
