Last December, More than 400,000 jobs have been lost. In order to carry out his plan, McCain's platform includes cutting taxes, supporting free trade, building nuclear power plants, and launching new initiatives. In order to encourage free trade, McCain promised to re-train workers. And as part of his effort to create more jobs, McCain says that with constructing 45 new nuclear plants will create more than 700,000 construction and operations jobs.
