Atlantis kept Micheal as a experiment and was always turning him back and forth testing him ....And he keeps getting parts of his memory erased and they alter him all the time. But he always gets attached to Teyla because of the Wraith Gene, Same for her. And for some reason His "Girlfriend" is Kate....? But Micheal ends up breaking up with Kate and Teyla breaks up with John..So They can be together...But shes Still Experimenting on him. After a while He gets away and starts getting power. Teyla joins him but then ends up hating him. Then he blows up Atlantis.... But John Is Saved by his ONE true love.....Captain Alicia Vega!!
