They flapped their arms and legs in the snow ten months ago now they get their reward for setting the world record... February 17th 2007 North Dakotan's help set a new world record for snow angels. Today those snow angel volunteers and their record are being celebrated. In fact, Governor Hoeven proclaims today Snow Angel Day. After all, it's not every year you make it into the Guinness Book of World Records... Donnell Preskey has the story...
