Duration: 3:15Source: YouTube
Hillary Clinton at the Black State of the Union saying that she has relationships with the superdelegates, and that they know the candidates better than the voters. She also states that she has long deep relationships with these people, she goes on to imply that while it's good and all that the voters get out there the superdelegates know better. She is attempting to sway the superdelegate vote her way and against that of the will of the voters. From her own site at hillaryclinton dot com ..."As more voters make their choice for the Democratic nomination, there is growing interest in the facts and myths about the race to reach 2208 delegate votes - the number required for a candidate to secure the nomination with Florida and Michigan included. The Obama campaign is claiming, without precedent or justification, that automatic delegates (commonly referred to as "super delegates") should switch to Sen. Obama en masse based on arbitrary metrics, with the aim of tilting the delegate balance in his favor. The fact is: no automatic delegate is required to cast a vote on the basis of anything other than his or her best judgment about who is the most qualified to be president."She is still counting Florida and Michigan when she herself signed a pledge agreeing they would not be seated. When according to the Associated Press 2/17/08...Clinton Top Delegate Adviser Harold Ickes Voted For Democratic Party Rules That Stripped Michigan And Florida Of Their Delegates. "Harold Ickes, a top adviser to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign who voted for Democratic Party rules that stripped Michigan and Florida of their delegates, now is arguing against the very penalty he helped pass. In a conference call Saturday, the longtime Democratic Party member contended the DNC should reconsider its tough sanctions on the two states, which held early contests in violation of party rules. He said millions of voters in Michigan and Florida would be otherwise disenfranchised - before acknowledging moments later that he had favored the sanctions."Barack Obama has stated that it would be an injustice for the superdelegates to overturn the will of the voters.Do NOT let Hillary Clinton get away with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
