T. Boone Pickens, founder and chairman of BP Capital Management, gave a speech entitled, “It’s Time America Gets Serious about an Energy Plan,” about energy policy. He responded to questions from the students and faculty in the audience. Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business sponsored this talk.
